As fight for $15 begins, McDonald’s unveils automated Big Mac machine

Take note Connecticut supporters of the $15 minimum wage, McDonald’s has unveiled an automated Big Mac machine in Boston.  The debut of the machine came just as the Massachusetts legislature was debating a bill to raise the minimum wage to $15 in that state.

Similar legislation has been introduced in the Connecticut General Assembly, but opponents of the bill have threatened to pursue more automated machines, if such a measure is passed.  In the case of McDonald’s, it’s not waiting for a decision by the commonwealth.  In a sense, McDonald’s is already having it, it’s way.

  1. Let them try to get in CT, Blumenthal will have that machine in court with lawsuit after lawsuit it’ll pull it’s own plug in a week. That vending machine doesn’t stand a chance against our Senator LAWSUIT.
