Malloy and Fasano in public spat over pension vote

Connecticut Gov. Dannel P. Malloy and State Sen. Republican President Len Fasano are in a public spat over a pension vote scheduled Wednesday in the Connecticut General Assembly.   The governor and union leaders renegotiated a pension payment plan in December.   Fasano wrote the governor asking the Wednesday vote be postponed, so the Republicans could have more time to check the actuarial tables on the proposal.

CT News Junkie reports the governor fired back with his own letter saying there would not be a delay.
