Guess which New England state cut business taxes? The one which has a surplus

New Hampshire Republicans are gloating with word the Granite State has produced a business revenue surplus, thanks to cuts in the state’s business taxes.  The GOP is beaming in the wake of the news because Democrats predicted the state’s budget would be in the red by $100 million, if the tax cuts went through.  Well, the cuts were passed and now the state’s business tax revenues are ahead of expectations by $132.8 million.
