With state facing massive debt, Malloy to propose massive XL renovation

XL CenterWith Connecticut facing a $3 billion deficit over the next two years, Gov. Dannel P. Malloy is expected to announce in his budget address on Wednesday, a massive $250 million renovation of the XL Center in downtown Hartford.  The governor hopes to lure an NHL franchise to the state, with his proposal.

    How does this DEMOCRAT run his own home. I see just as sloppy.
