Boughton prepared to sue Malloy, if his immigration policy is challenged

Malloy, Boughton

Danbury Mayor Mark Boughton said on a radio interview Friday, he would sue Gov. Dannel P. Malloy, if the governor challenged his immigration policy.  Malloy has stirred a nationwide debate, with his advisory suggesting that local police not cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement on immigration issues, but Boughton said he would work with ICE, if they asked for the city’s help.

In a wide-ranging interview about immigration policy on the Talk of Connecticut’s Brad & Dan Show, the mayor provided his perspective.

  1. I hope he does sue Malloy. The governor deserves it. Just look at what he’s condone with the Bridgeport situation. Let them run free until they kill someone. He’s one hell of a lawyer, protect and serve my keister. He’s a true example of an Ambulance Chaser. Time to wake up CT. You vote this guy back in you might as well cut your own throat. Time for a change, a real change.
